Kairys-EU srl, company number 1041.754.957, VAT BE 1041.754.957, Belgium. Contact: info@kairys-eu.org.
2. Data collected and purposes
Contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional) and the content of your message. Purpose: to respond to your request. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). We also keep a record of your consent (date and page language).
Email correspondence: if you write to us directly, we process the data in your message in order to reply. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering enquiries addressed to us (Art. 6(1)(f)), or pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b)).
Site usage: aggregated visit statistics may be produced to understand how the site is used and to improve it. They are not used to identify you or for advertising.
3. Recipients
Your data is neither sold nor disclosed for commercial purposes. It is accessible to Kairys-EU and to the technical providers strictly necessary to run the site (hosting, database, email), who act on our instructions and are bound by confidentiality. We may disclose data where required by law.
4. Retention
Contact-form messages and data are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and, if a professional relationship follows, for the duration of that relationship and the applicable legal periods. If there is no follow-up, they are deleted within a maximum of 12 months after the last exchange.
5. Transfers outside the European Economic Area
We prefer providers that process data within the European Economic Area. If a transfer outside the EEA were to take place, it would be covered by the safeguards the GDPR provides for (an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses).
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. To exercise them, write to info@kairys-eu.org. We reply within one month.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority: Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels, contact@apd-gba.be, www.dataprotectionauthority.be.
7. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data (restricted access, encrypted connections). As no system is infallible, please do not include sensitive or classified information in the contact form.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page.
